This bead illustrates the birth of two sons. I gave life to my two sons but they in turn gave me joy of life. The bead represents my belly/birth mother and the different stages of early baby development. The bead consists of several blue circles on top of each other. The bead is joyful (“joyeux”), just as pregnancy (“la grosesse”) is supposed to be. I experienced my pregnancy as something joyous. For me, my pregnancy means something essential that I have achieved in my life, just like when you climb a high mountain.
