Lots of different people, family, friends and therapists, have helped me. The red person/shape represents myself. All the different colors and textures in the figure represent all the people who have been there for me. On top of my head, there is also the stone again. In making the “little man,” I discovered that this connected to a kind of star shape. Again, I experienced that as fitting and symbolic. After all, a star stands for light. So the star shape may recur in the bead.
