Everything that had helped me straight through my life: the sun, my birth hug (this represents comfort and was there from the beginning and has been through everything), music supports me with my feelings, faith helps at times when things are difficult and gives me extra strength to keep going, an open zipper (because communication is important), talking to others helps, hugging men (these are the people in my circle who also provided support)
